DOT Physicals at our Spring Lake Park and North St. Paul Clinics

is licensed to handle physical exams for the Department of Transportation in the State of Minnesota. Our Spring Lake Park and North St. Paul clinics welcome commercial drivers from across the Twin Cities, including Minneapolis and St. Paul, to complete their physical, in order to be properly licensed to drive. We offer $70 physicals for all drivers that come to our clinic. Our process for physicals are hassle-free, and we follow all regulations as mandated by the Department of Transportation. Commercial Drivers such as truck drivers, bus drivers, tour operators, and other transportation-related industries can come to us for your physical exam. We also provide a number of other occupational tests, including hearing tests, respiratory tests, and drug tests. Please be sure to bring to your exam:
- A current drivers license
- Glasses, contacts or hearings aids (If applicable)
- A list of medications you are taking
- Any important documentation from your physician
